In-Coach Asia successfully hosted an exclusive Traditional Team Building Bali program for FrieslandCampina Professional at The Oberoi Seminyak. With only 10 participants, the program was designed to be more intense, personal, and meaningful, creating deeper connections within the team.
The session began with a fun ice-breaking activity that set a relaxed atmosphere, allowing participants to communicate freely and bond easily. The program then continued with a series of experiential learning activities infused with rich Balinese cultural values.
