Lelakut Festival Team Building BOSCH: Creative Collaboration at Muaya Beach
Muaya Beach, March 27, 2025 — A total of 39 BOSCH participants took part in the Lelakut Festival Team Building facilitated by In-Coach Asia. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Muaya Beach, the program creatively combined Balinese cultural traditions with team-building practices, sparking innovation, reflection, and a strong sense of unity.

During the event, participants were grouped together to design and build Lelakut (mini ogoh-ogoh statues) that represented their team’s values, vision, or challenges. This activity inspired:
