Blending Balinese Culture with Team Synergy
Hilton Bali Resort, February 20, 2025 — A total of 25 participants from Ge Vernova joined the Lelakut Festival Team Building, a cultural-inspired program facilitated by In-Coach Asia. By incorporating Balinese local traditions, the event offered a unique experience through the creation of lelakut (mini ogoh-ogoh) as a medium of collaboration, value expression, and team spirit strengthening.
Creative & Meaningful Team Experience
The program began with participants divided into teams, each challenged to:
- Design and build their own lelakut based on company values or themes,
- Assign roles for design, construction, and final presentation,
- Convey the message and philosophy behind their creation.
Through this process, participants were encouraged to think creatively, actively listen to each other, and collaborate effectively under time constraints.
