NeutraDC Joins Water War & Myth of Bali Team Building in Bali
Bali, Indonesia – NeutraDC took part in a dynamic corporate team building experience in Bali, joining two signature programs by In-Coach Asia: the high-energy Water War Team Building and the cultural adventure of Myth of Bali.
The experience brought together team members in a unique blend of action-based challenges and cultural storytelling, designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and trust within the organization. By combining physical engagement with cultural immersion, the program offered a balanced approach to team bonding—energizing participants while also connecting them with the local spirit of Bali.
The day began with Water War Team Building, where teams were challenged to work under pressure in water-based games that required strategy, coordination, and fast decision-making. The playful setting helped break down barriers, allowing participants to engage openly and support one another in a fun, high-energy environment.
The program then transitioned into Myth of Bali, a culturally inspired team challenge that introduced participants to Balinese legends, values, and symbolic elements. Through interactive missions and storytelling, teams were encouraged to collaborate, solve problems, and reflect on shared meaning—bringing a deeper layer of connection beyond competition.
According to In-Coach Asia, the combination of Water War and Myth of Bali is designed to create a complete team building journey: one that balances energy, emotion, and engagement. The format allows teams to experience both fast-paced collaboration and reflective connection, mirroring the diverse dynamics of real workplace environments.
For NeutraDC, the experience provided a fresh way to strengthen team bonds outside the office—creating shared memories that continue to reinforce collaboration long after the program ended.
