Reflection, Relaxation, and Team Strengthening
Ubud, May 26–29, 2025 — A total of 13 participants from Pertagas joined an exclusive 4-day, 3-night team building outing facilitated by In-Coach Asia in the serene natural surroundings of Ubud, Bali. The program blended reflective sessions, relaxation, and adventurous activities to strengthen bonds, encourage personal growth, and enhance team spirit.

Amid the tranquil Ubud landscape, participants engaged in open discussions, healing walks, and sharing circles, guided by experienced facilitators from In-Coach Asia. These activities created space for personal reflection and collective growth, while deepening connections among team members.
Adventurous Outdoor Experiences
To balance reflection with excitement, the program included ATV rides through Ubud’s scenic trails and a river tubing adventure, giving participants the chance to enjoy adrenaline-filled activities while fostering teamwork and trust in a fun environment.

The outing also featured a special group dinner in Ubud, where participants shared laughter, strengthened camaraderie, and enjoyed the cultural flavors of Bali in a warm, relaxing atmosphere.
