On October 16, 2025, the Synpulse team embraced the true spirit of exploration and collaboration through the Law of Adventure team building program at Kuta Beach, hosted by In Coach Asia. This intimate 12-pax event provided the perfect setting for deep connection, teamwork, and shared laughter under Bali’s sunny skies.
The day unfolded with a series of dynamic and meaningful challenges designed to strengthen leadership and problem-solving skills. Participants kicked off the adventure by building their own tents, symbolizing the foundation of unity and trust within the team. The excitement continued with the Water Relay with obstacles, where teamwork and coordination were tested in a fun, high-energy competition.
A creative twist came during the “Make Your Own Jamu” challenge, where participants crafted Indonesia’s traditional herbal drink using natural ingredients. This hands-on activity offered a refreshing cultural experience while emphasizing collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. The program wrapped up with the Brain Master: Memory Story, a mental challenge that combined storytelling, logic, and teamwork to stimulate sharp thinking and communication.
Beyond the fun and laughter, the Law of Adventure program successfully fostered bonding, leadership growth, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
