Under the warm Bali sun at Hilton Bali, 100 team members from Brexa stepped out of their daily routines and into a Water War Team Building experience designed by In-Coach Asia. What followed over the next two hours was more than a game—it was a shared journey of collaboration, trust, and teamwork.
From Individuals to One Team
At the beginning, participants arrived as individuals from different roles and departments. Some were natural leaders. Some preferred to observe. Some were simply ready to have fun.
But once the first challenge began, everything changed.
