In-Coach Asia successfully facilitated the One Work Network (OWN) Team Building in Bali on June 18, 2025. The program featured an exciting Amazing Race, a scenic journey in VW Safari cars, and engaging team-building activities at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK). The event aimed to strengthen teamwork, collaboration, and communication in a fun and memorable way. The day began with interactive ice-breaking games designed to build rapport among participants. This was followed by a fun canoeing activity on calm waters and a gym run challenge, testing physical endurance and team strategy. Participants then hopped into classic VW Safari cars for a convoy towards GWK. The retro journey offered a unique experience with breathtaking views of Bali’s landscapes along the way.
At GWK, teams engaged in a series of team-building games aimed to:
